Role Description:
Reporting to the Director, Learning Delivery, the Associate, Learning Coordination is a highly visible role within the organization, responsible for a broad set of activities in supporting the training and development of Oak Street Health employees. This role ensures a smooth, consistent, and engaging learning experience for team members. This is accomplished through coordinating all aspects of training, including â but not limited to â communications, scheduling, managing and reporting enrollments and attendance, and collecting and analyzing survey results. The role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strength in solving complex problems, and an ability to identify opportunities to streamline or improve existing processes.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all stages of delivery for virtual and in-person learning programs including pre-, during-, and post-program activities
Serve as the primary scheduler and point of contact for assigned Learning programs
Manage planned communications and correspond professionally with participants about program details and to support their participation
Ensure smooth delivery of assigned learning programs by orchestrating multiple components of the experience (e.g., confirm and prepare facilitators, obtain supplies, troubleshoot technology issues)
Manage all program materials (e.g., presentation decks, participant materials, etc.)
Track and report on participation in Learning programs
Proactively identify ways to streamline, automate, or otherwise enhance processes
Build and foster relationships with program owners and leadership to support continuous improvement of the programs
Analyze data and feedback to evaluate outcomes and effectiveness, identify gaps, and provide insights to drive improvements
Manage multiple project plans to ensure efforts stay on track for deadlines and prepare updates and read-out on project progress
Other duties as assigned
Weâre looking for motivated individuals with:
At least 1-2 years of experience within a Learning operations, Human Resources, Project coordination, administrative, or other commensurate role
Understanding and/or direct experience with learning and development processes/experiences
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
Familiarity with learning tools/technology
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (basic formulas/functions needed to collect, streamline, analyze, and report on large datasets)
Strong collaborator who enjoys learning different functions and how they come together to create an unmatched new hire experience
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write formal organizational communications
Independent worker who can self-start projects
US work authorization
