Job Responsibilities :

The Sr Retail Marketing Manager develops, and manages Razer’s regional retail marketing strategies. This role leads the development or retail promotional campaigns to promote the Razer brand and product at retail. The Sr Retail Marketing Manager also manages the budget and resource allocation for the project plans and ensure that the outputs meet the brand guidelines and retailer deadlines.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Develops and implements channel marketing strategic plans and goals to meet corporate objectives and increase market share and profitability of products and
• Forecasts, formulates, and manages market development budgets.
• Analyzes sales reports and market trends and identifies channels and account targets.
• Acts as liaison between marketing and sales organization to ensure
• Develops and manages channel partner contracts, promotions, programs, and account
• marketing plans and sales activities align.
• Tracks effectiveness of channel marketing programs, and support pricing, promotions, and programs to meet sell through and return on investment goals.
• Works with internal design team and/or external agencies to develop promotions and promotional materials. materials to increase sell through and return on investment.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of point of purchase, point of sale, and merchandising materials to distributors, store locations, or retailers to support store
• Prepares and presents ongoing reports to sales, marketing and executive management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent technical communication skills both verbal and written
• Must have Microsoft Office Experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Can work independently and to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$91,658.00 - $152,764.00
