ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  1. Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management to include evaluations and appropriate corrective action up to and including recommending termination, to ensure team members reach their full potential and align with the company’s strategic goals. 
  2. Oversees day-to-day actions of staff to ensure established protocols and policies are followed, assigns tasks and redirects staff to ensure daily objectives are accomplished effectively and efficiently.
  3. Monitors staff attendance and timekeeping and ensures timecards are accurate with the goals of payroll accuracy, maximizing physician/staff productivity, and meeting established labor budget targets.
  4. Identifies and provides content for departmental policies and procedures and protocols to increase operating efficiencies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  5. Maintenance and repairs: Assigning personnel and materials, overseeing contractor work (for example: janitorial, pest control, HVAC, lawn/tree, snow removal, and security), and ordering equipment and supplies.
  6. Safety: Ensuring OSHA facility safety policies and procedures are up to date and addressing potential safety hazards. 
  7. Security: Maintaining security and addressing security concerns.
  8. Compliance: Maintaining building compliance and certification (City and Regulatory Compliance). Responsible for ensuring timely maintenance, creating, updating, and maintaining policies and procedures to support compliance.
  9. Hazardous waste: Overseeing policies for the removal of hazardous waste.
  10. Equipment management: Purchasing, installing, and maintaining equipment.
  11. Environmental management: Ensuring the facility has an adequate supply of energy, water, waste treatment, and cleanliness.
  12.  Position will require some travel between sites necessary to manage the buildings, grounds, and equipment at all sites. 
  13. Will require some afterhours work including some weekends to work with vendors, etc. 
  14. Position will require some basic carpentry and minor equipment repair capabilities.
  15. Strategic partner/coordinator in the facilities planning and onboarding of new service lines while working within designated facility budget.
Requirements

  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 and have a high school or general education diploma (GED).
  • Possess and maintain a valid WA driver license.
  • Five (5) years of related training and/or experience
  • Supervisory experience in materials management
  • Knowledge of inventory systems, shipping and receiving, and forecasting/ budgeting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to learn other software programs as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree in logistics or relevant field
