Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Napa Valley Care Center
Location: Napa, CA
Pay: $45 to $50 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or PRN – Flexible Scheduling Available

Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT
Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery goals
Assist residents with daily living skills and functional activities
Document therapy services and maintain compliance with regulations
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassion for working with seniors and post-acute patients
Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome)
