Salesforce Engineer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will manage, develop and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide accurate deliverables
• Be a good thought partner: provide problem-solving ideas based on facts, experience, business needs, and knowledge
• Collaborate with the centralized Infrastructure team on solutions and roll-outs
• Help manage the DevOps process for Salesforce
• Help manage objects and related metadata in Salesforce
• Help manage permissions and role-based access in Salesforce
• Continue to develop and support existing custom developed components in Salesforce
• Develop process automations in Salesforce
• Play a role in the implementation and upkeep of various 3rd party (and Facet’s own proprietary tools)

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud (2+ years)
• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud (2+ years)
• Experience with Salesforce user setup, including roles and profiles
• Experience with Salesforce permissions, including permission sets and custom permissions
• Experience with Salesforce flows
• Experience in sandbox promotion and release methodologies
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in cross-team collaboration: working effectively with highly technical engineering teams as well as sales teams, marketing teams, finance teams, and senior leadership
• Ability to troubleshoot and/or solution complex problems

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in development with JavaScript, Apex (Salesforce) or similar languages
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ 
• Experience with Salesforce lightning web components

• $110,000-$140,000 yearly salary based on experience (salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as alignment with market data)
