Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall system administration and user management for tools such as JIRA/Confluence and Learning Management Systems according to the needs of the business.
- Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests. This includes building custom filters, reports, dashboards, workflows and data model changes.
- On a day-to-day basis, maintain projects, workflows, permissions, security schemes, issues schemes, custom fields, issue schemes, complex screen schemes, users management, external application links, and access permissions, ensure required approvals are captured and documented.
- Participate and take lead in testing during new system implementation projects and for scheduled system releases.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable.
- Support with other ad hoc reports and communications including setup of partners and vendors within our internal systems and tools
- Coordinate with various departments like Education, Professional Services, AMS, TS for smooth functioning of system activities.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Involvement in ongoing Jira/Atlassian instance consolidation projects and cloud migration projects
Skills /Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline; or Master’s degree
- Overall, 8 years of experience, 5 years must be on Atlassian software - Jira, Confluence
- Must have experienced in managing multiple instances on Jira/Conflience.
- Work experience as Business System Administrator with experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes required.
- Experience with Jira Service Desk
- Experience in Jira Service Management module
- Experience with Atlassian Marketplace 3rd party add-on services.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.
- Must have strong work ethic with good time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Position involves some interfacing with Internal Stakeholders across Department
- Good Team player and proactive to take responsibilities

The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act. The general salary target for this position in Colorado is $113,19
