The Junior Graphic Designer will report to the Director, Brand Design & Experience. The Junior Graphic Designer will help identify brand appropriate, customer centric design solutions to deliver on IEHP’s business goals, ensure consistency, and provide a foundation for future enhancements. The incumbent will also provide design support on digital and print marketing campaigns, and create items including, but not limited to: designer illustrations, brochures, posters, banner adds, kiosk graphics, and splash screens.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate and support the design team in developing print and digital assets for all marketing needs.

Help with the creation of visual aids and presentations.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the design process.

Help to maintain IEHP design standards and style guide.

Assist in the production and pre-press process, post process head shots, and team photos

Develop assets for multiple mediums and platforms (social, digital, web).

Work with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create final production assets.

Develop assets to be used in PowerPoint and Word.

Support a dedicated team in maintaining a unified look across all designs ensuring brand standards are met for a variety of projects.

Export final production assets into various design formats.

Qualifications

Education & Requirements 

• One (1) year of relevant experience
• Experience with designing for social-first, performance campaigns (grabbing consumer's attention and inspiring action within noisy feed environment)
• Adobe Creative Suite Systems: Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop and Mac OS experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field from an accredited institution required

 

Key Qualifications

• Must have a valid California Driver’s license
• UX Industry standards and best practices, typography, and color theory
• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Figma
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Juggle multiple tasks and take them to completion even if the final tasks are outside their comfort zone
• General office environment; using computer keyboard and screens; travel within California for events as needed

Work Model Location

This position is on a hybrid work schedule. (Monday & Friday - remote, Tuesday - Thursday onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.)

Pay Range

USD $27.43 - USD $35.66 /Hr.
