Administrative Assistant - Per Diem, Days 7am-7pm, Nursing Resource, Chilton Medical Center

Act as a liaison for organization and all inpatient and clinical - nonclinical departments. Responsible for the daily analyzes and review of nursing staffing based on staffing patterns/needs. Help facilitate in collaboration with Nurse Managers, staffing needs. Assist with accuracy of data and payroll needs. Knowledgeable and resourceful on all nursing operations within the Nursing Resource Center.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Staffing analysis, assuring proper staffing needs for inpatient units
• Payroll processing - editing
• Float pool schedule - assuring done and entered in system
• Sitter data, maintenance
• Agency onboarding - able to speak of the process
• Care View date, maintenance
• Morgue process oversite for organization
• Private sitter oversite for organization
• Participation and support during yearly licensure process
• Any and all other Nursing operation projects or tasks as delegated
• Office maintenance
  
   

Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Administration or relevant area 

3. Prior acute care experience

4. Prior experience with nursing staffing and payroll
