About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Class A Driver to safely and efficiently operate vacuum trucks, roll-off trucks, and other Class A commercial vehicles, ensuring the timely transportation and delivery of waste containers, industrial equipment, and environmental solutions to and from customer sites. The Class A Driver at Ironclad Environmental Solutions will be responsible for loading, unloading, and positioning equipment while adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety policies. This role also involves performing basic on-site services, such as waste collection, equipment setup, and ensuring proper disposal procedures, contributing to the company's mission of delivering reliable and sustainable environmental solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to/ from local customers
- Survey customer property to determine optimal equipment placement, set up and secure equipment, and install tanks, pumps, piping systems, hoses, fittings, and filtration systems to ensure safe and efficient operation in compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Routinely inspect vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep
- Properly document work performed on equipment deliveries and pick-ups
- May be asked to transport non-hazardous loads to/from landfills
- Occasional overnight travel may be needed
Qualifications
This is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.
Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A CDL issued by one state or jurisdiction.
- 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate
- Experience with roll-off or winch trucks
- Valid Tanker Endorse
