Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30–$38 per hour ($62,400–$79,040 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek) *
• On-Call Pay: $150 for scheduled on-call duties
• 3&3 Tech Flex Program: Choose one of these exciting options:
• $3,500 cash bonus

Your Role: Making an Impact

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you’ll provide top-notch service to the Hillsborough County School District, ensuring efficient HVAC systems that support student learning environments. Your key responsibilities include:

• Performing scheduled maintenance, repairs, and equipment changeouts for commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and chiller systems
• Installing and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and ice machines with precision
• Diagnosing complex technical issues and recommending preventative maintenance
• Responding promptly to emergency service requests with professionalism
• Conducting facility condition assessments and contributing to strategic projects
• Working independently with support from dispatchers, coordinators, and supervisors
• Maintaining company-provided tools, including a service van, iPad, iPhone, and personal protective equipment (PPE)

This field-based role is primarily in Tampa (95% local assignments), with occasional travel for training or projects.

What We’re Looking for Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years of proven expertise in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and chiller systems
• Certifications: EPA Certification required
• Physical Requirements:
• Climb ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics)
• Wear required PPE
