Nutrien is currently seeking exceptional students and new graduates for a variety of programs and roles at our corporate offices, mining and manufacturing facilities and our retail field operations across North America.
Internship and Co-ops:
- Requirements: Currently enrolled in a 2-to-4-year degree program in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Agriculture, Supply Chain or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2026 or later.
- Locations/Terms: (Dates can be adjusted to coincide with school terms)
- Aurora, NC - 6-month co-op (Jan-Jul or Jun-Dec)
- Augusta, GA - Alternating co-op term (minimum of two terms)
- Borger, TX - Summer Internship (May-Aug)
- Loveland, CO - Summer Internship (May-Aug)
- Geismar, LA - Summer Internship (May-Aug)
- Lima, OH - 4- or 6-month co-op
- White Springs, FL - Summer Internship (May-Aug)
- Nutrien Ag Solutions Retail Facilities - Summer Internship (May-Aug)
- Area of Interest/Degree:
- Engineering – Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Mine/Geological, Environmental, Process throughout our Nitrogen and Phosphate Business Units.
- Business and Commerce – HR, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain and Sustainability at our Loveland, CO Corporate Office.
- Computer Science and Computer Information Systems – IT Support, Digital Delivery, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Services and more. Technology is prevalent throughout Nutrien.
- Agriculture, Agribusiness and Agronomy – With Nutrien Ag Solution’s expansive Retail Branch Network.

- Programs:
- Emerging Talent Program - An early career program committed to building a diverse group of future leaders within our organization. Nutrien Ag Solutions is focused on building strong and effective leaders poised for management roles in the agriculture industry. Candidates are full time employees who will gain valuable hands-on experience in this rotational program. Selected candidates will explore field operations and sales cycles, finance, supply chain, marketing, as well as innovation technology. At the conclusion of the rotation, the candidate will be placed into an exciting role within one of the functions within Nutrien Ag Solutions. Placement will consider several factors including business needs, available openings, participant strengths and preferences.
- Engineer in Training - This rotational program combines technical training achieved at University with on-the-job training. Through formal training, mentorship and increasing levels of responsibility, you will develop your technical job skills and knowledge of business processes in our Nitrogen and Phosphate Business Units.
