Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager of Consumer Products to lead and drive products through the complete lifecycle—from initial conception to successful launch. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about delivering impactful products. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle, including ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization. 

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. 

• Program Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps. Track progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks. 

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for program updates, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders. 

• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the product development pipeline. 

• Launch Readiness: Coordinate go-to-market strategies, ensuring all teams are prepared for product release and post-launch support. 

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 

• 5+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment. 

• Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders. 

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
