- $150M+ New Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience
- Experience with a deep understanding MEP systems, processes, and materials; oversight of installation, and commissioning
- Experience with design/spec reviews compliant with P100 and code compliance requirements
- Experience leading teams of specialists, estimators, schedulers with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, and knowing resource allocation
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Experience working around historic properties
- 10+ Years in role as a Project Manager with 7+ Years working on Federal projects
- BS Mechanical or Electrical or Plumbing Engineering
- CCM/ PMP/PE
- Must be able to speak and write in English
- Must be able to obtain HSPD-12
