MSA has an opportunity for a Project Manager Engineering - Wastewater in our St. Paul, MN office on the Water Service Line. Responsibilities
The work you will do
- Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
- Client relations
- Design of wastewater infrastructure projects
- Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff
- Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documentsPreparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects
- Development of project funding packages with assistance from funding staff
- Shared learning in a collaborative work environment
Qualifications
What you bringSkills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required
- Experience with client interaction including council/board meetings required
- Project management experience required
- 5+ years of prior experience with water/wastewater projects required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, BIM, BioWin, and Arc View preferred
Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $97,700 to $156,400 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
