WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a RAN EMS/OSS/OAMP Senior T3 Engineer to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting issues reported from customer labs and production.
- Expected to be part of the Production Tier3 support - OnCall rotation list.
- Responsible to execute the SW upgrade or any specialty MOPs in the production network.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with Tier2 and TAC teams to debug and root cause any production issues.
- Responsible for development of product requirements, feature requirements, systems.
- Educate our customers on new products and services both individually and in a team environment.
- Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan.
- Works closely with various support organizations, logistics, and cross- functional teams internally and HQ to achieve successful new product roll-outs and developments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in EE/CS in engineering with 8 years of directly related experience is required.
- Masters with 6+ years’ experience is preferred.
- Understanding of 3GPP systems: RAN and Core networks, architecture
