As a Support Nurse, you will use your caring nursing skills to play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents.  You actively impact resident-centered care plans while ensuring that customer service is at the forefront of every interaction.  Imagine the smile on the face of the resident when you help them achieve their best. 

Schedule: Day Shift M-F, and weekends as needed on a rotation 

What you will need:

• Current nursing license
• Current CPR certification
• At least two years of nursing experience in assisted living, skilled nursing facility or home care (preferred)
• Experience with geriatric assessment, Alzheimer's and dementia training, clinical nursing practice updates, and experience working with unlicensed personnel. (preferred)
