About the role

This employee is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that promote patient adherence to prescribed treatment plans, therapies, and care protocols.
  • Ensures patients receive the education, support, and follow-up necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes while maintaining regulatory and organizational compliance standards
JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Develops and manages patient compliance programs aimed at improving adherence to treatment plans and therapy plans
  • Collaborates with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to integrate compliance initiatives into broader care strategies
  • Analyzes patient data and compliance metrics to identify trends, barriers, and opportunities for improvement
  • Trains and supports staff on patient engagement, education, and compliance best practices
  • Monitors regulatory requirements related to patient privacy, data reporting, and care standards to ensure full organizational compliance
  • Helps facilitate the delivery of educational materials, resources, and communication strategies to improve patient understanding of their care plans
  • Implements systems for ongoing patient outreach, follow up, and tracking of adherence rates
  • Provides reports and insights to senior leadership regarding program effectiveness and patient outcomes
  • Serves as a point of contact for compliance audits and patient-related regulatory reviews
  • Monitors staff performance and provides coaching, mentoring, and feedback
  • Assists in onboarding and training new team members
  • Develops and maintains staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensures all email requests/inquiries are responded to within 72 business hours
  • Serves as a resource for clinical decision-making and problem solving
Qualifications Education
  • Graduate of AMA approved respiratory program, Required
  • Bachelor's Degree, Preferred
Work Experience
  • Two years related experience, Required
  • Must be a clinician authorized within scope of practice (as established by applicable state law or if none, by the applicable national board) to provide all patient care services offered by Lincare
Licenses and Certifications
  • Registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
    • RRT Required
  • Current license from the state board
  • Will be required to obtain additional State licensing for States assigned
  • Must remain certified, registered, or licensed by the applicable state and/or national board governing clinical practice, or as otherwise permitted by law
