Data and Integrations Consultant
The Professional Services team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data and Integrations Consultant to join our team. This customer-facing role is essential for scoping, configuring, and supporting seamless integrations between our customers’ CRM and ERP systems and our platform, as well as product implementations. The role requires both technical proficiency and thorough understanding of how our customers leverage their CRM and ERP systems. The individual will work closely with customers, taking a consultative approach to understand their requirements and providing expert guidance to ensure our solutions are effectively tailored to meet their needs.

The Professional Services team is part of a tightly integrated commercial organization that is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience from initial sale and implementation through ongoing application support, success, and expansion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of high-value integration services, providing expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility
- Ensure integration solutions meet functional and technical requirements
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between our Customers’ systems and our platform
- Serve as the technical expert on CRM and ERP systems, understanding how they are structured, used, and leveraged by our Customers.
- Work with relational databases, using SQL to manage, manipulate, and extract relevant data for integrations
- Maintain a strong understanding of transaction-level sales data and its role in business operations
- Provide support to both internal teams and customers during integration projects
- Partner with product and engineering to support the development of integration services tailored to our Customers’ needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell consulting services and additional data solutions.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in system integrations, with a focus on CRMs and/or ERP systems, and data analysis
- Advanced in SQL and working with relational databases
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of CRM and ERP system functionalities and business processes.
- Experience managing multiple integration projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and customer-facing teams.
AcuityMD is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided. Base salary range: $110,000-$150,000
