*Immediate Need for these areas, Day Shifts:

(Day shifts are between 6AM - 5PM)

O'Fallon- 2 Days shifts

St Peters- 2 Day shifts

Wentzville- 2 Day shifts

Defiance- 2 Day Shifts

Troy- 2 Day shifts

Job Summary:

The CNA or Caregiver provides personal hygiene care, housekeeping, meal prep, med reminders, laundry, bed linen changes, companionship to clients and maintain a safe environment for clients to live in. **CNAs/Caregivers must have a valid driver's license, your own reliable car and full coverage car insurance.

Requirements

CNA/Caregiver Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid driver's license, your own personal, reliable vehicle with full coverage auto insurance and be able to independently access client’s residence and perform client transportation and errands if requested.
• Must have at least six months to one year paid work experience working with the geriatric population or similar care and responsibilities.
• Working with clients with Dementia and Alzheimer's is preferred.
• Ability to work with pets and smokers in client homes, preferred
• Ability to use Gait belt and Hoyer Lift preferred
• Must maintain required yearly training/education as mandated by agency

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to participate in physical activity.
• Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.
• Moderate lifting.
• Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
