Project Manager-Senior

Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join the Operational Excellence team at our West Central Region. 

This position will support and manage multiple complex projects in collaboration with others to execute on our operational and strategic objectives. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency, and overall return on investments. Leads and directs high-priority, complex portfolios of projects for business initiatives . Communicates status updates and delivery expectations to teams and stakeholders. Manages projects according to the methodology, timeline, and budget of the organization. Owns quality assurance and oversight of resources assigned to project objectives. Ensures that projects are delivered within committed scope and budget. Work with business groups to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand any project challenges.

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
