Handyman/Maintenance - Service/Commercial (HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical)

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable maintenance technician with plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills with at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance and repairs.

Job Details:

• Experienced in commercial building upkeep and repair.
• Experience with ball bearings, outlets, electrical sockets, panel fans, etc.
• HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Plumbing maintenance and repairs. 
• Grounds work experience.
• Computerized data entry and record-keeping aptitude.
• State and local building codes and regulations knowledge and compliance.
• Supervisory experience.
• Night Shift.
• Emergency Calls
  - After Hours.
• Mechanically Inclined.
• Trainable for there is room for advancement

Requirements

• Valid Driver License 
• Commercial Building Experience
• 3-5 years' experience
• Clean Criminal Background
• Able to work nights and weekends.  Will work DAYS if no night work - vice versa. 
• On call schedule - flexibility
