Position Overview
The Associate, Implementation Project Manager supports all elements of practice and end-user implementations for DrFirst products across standalone, enterprise, and partner client types. This role works directly with clients to verify that each implementation is functioning properly, enabling successful configurations and go-lives.

Core responsibilities include hosting customer-facing meetings following standardized project methodology, managing project plans, handling client requests through a ticketing system, executing configuration tasks, and maintaining clear communication throughout every implementation. This role also owns enabling PDMP (Prescription Drug Monitoring Program) integrations for all customer types, including providing instructions, tracking status updates, enabling credentials, triaging requests, and troubleshooting post-implementation issues.

What you will work on
- Lead the registration and configuration of end users and partners on DrFirst products
- Discuss and recommend registration workflow changes and solutions with client contacts through analysis of workflows and scalability
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction through high CSAT scores via client surveys, quality assurance, and internal reviews
- Maintain and drive client communication including timely follow-up to questions, email inquiries, and telephone calls
- Independently manage multiple priorities including customer setups, registrations, and configuration support while maintaining high service levels and SLA response times
- Handle customer registrations and requests within 2 business days and respond to urgent requests within 4 hours of receipt
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services team members and other DrFirst departments, transitioning seamlessly between diverse responsibilities
- Build and share documentation to support knowledge transfer and process improvement initiatives
- Enable PDMP integrations for all customer types by providing instructions, tracking status, and enabling credentials
- Triage PDMP requests, disable integrations as needed, communicate with PDMP Gateway vendors, and troubleshoot post-implementation issues
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of ambulatory and inpatient healthcare work environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Ability to create documentation, process guides, and reference materials
- Basic understanding of technical and registration terminology
- Proficiency sorting and analyzing data in Excel
Preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare IT, implementation coordination, or project management
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms
- Exposure to PDMP programs
