<p><span>We are looking for a <b>HR Business Partner Tech </b>to strengthen our awesome HR </span><span>Tech</span> <span>NL team</span><span>.</span></p><p></p><h2><b><span>Job overview</span></b></h2><p><span>Within the HR organization, </span><span>we deliver as a team on </span><span>the People Vision through closely collaborating and working with the HR Communities of Expertise (CoE’s) and People Services.</span></p><p><span>The HRBP position reports to the Head of HR Tech in the Netherlands and is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This role partners with several Tech teams in the Netherlands.</span></p><p></p><h2><b><span>Key responsibilities</span></b></h2><p><span>The HRBP works closely with leaders and their management teams in shaping and implementing business strategy and the HR people agenda. Responsible for building a strong relationship with the business, the HRBP brings in-depth specialist knowledge in multiple HR areas of expertise. </span></p><p><span>Areas where you make impact:</span></p><ul><li>Shaping the People and Business Agenda - partner with business leaders and their management teams to ensure that the right core people capabilities are available to allow for current and future business success.</li><li>Building a Performance Culture - coach business leaders and their management teams in using performance and talent management solutions to drive individual and team performance.</li><li>Promote and apply bank wide People solutions that meet business needs - bring and apply bank wide people solutions, developed by the CoE, to the specific business context.</li><li>Collaborating to successfully convey the HR service delivery model - bring feedback on the business needs and context to the CoE and People Services to improve the people solutions.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>Key </span></b><b><span>activities include</span></b><b><span>, </span></b><b><span>a</span></b><b><span>mongst </span></b><b><span>o</span></b><b><span>thers</span></b></h2><ul><li>Partnering with Tech leaders to design the business and people strategy and building strategic workforce plans to support execution.</li><li>Leading and supporting annual people processes; performance review, succession planning, talent review, action planning based on company surveys (OHI/WQ/Pulse);</li><li>Developing the leadership of the future using the global talent programs.</li><li>Acting as an ambassador of the diversity & inclusion-strategy.</li><li>Acting as a change agent and represents the voice of people during business transformations.</li><li>Contribute to overarching projects and initiatives in HR the Netherlands</li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>Requirements</span></b></h2><ul><li>Strong business acumen.</li><li>A strong strategic focus and an ability to translate the people vision into increased business performance.</li><li>Affinity with numbers and data and a good understanding on how data analysis and reporting support building the people agenda.</li><li>Demonstrated consultation skills to help the business in understanding their people needs and propose the right global solution to fit that need.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear demonstration of influencing business leaders.</li><li>Practical experience of implementing significant change initiatives successfully.</li><li>Sensitivity to local employment legislation and regulations.</li><li>Occasional travel to the retail countries is required in this role.</li></ul><p></p><p><span>You are a strong communicator at all levels of the organization (excellent written and verbal English language skills and story-telling abilities). You are proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</span> <span>You hold a master’s degree, preferably in HR or Business.
