Business Systems Analyst

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst I
Duration: 06 months with possible extension
Office: Westfield, PA 16950
Shift: 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
Pay rate: $35/hr. on W2

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst 1 to join the Compression Services Data System Team. The role is backend-focused and will support maintenance management and work order applications, with a primary emphasis on Maximo, Excel, and Oracle Field Service (OFS).
   

Job Responsibilities:

• Update/insert Maximo data via UI and import/export functions.
• Work with team members on maintenance data such as PM, WO, job plans, SOPs, assets, and locations.
• Manipulate and analyze Maximo data using Excel.
• Use OFS and assist in internal data systems work (~15%).
• Follow direction from senior team members and deliver accurate data-related outputs

Minimum Requirement:

• 0–2+ years of directly related experience.
• Associate’s degree in a technical or business field or 5+ years relevant experience in maintenance/data systems (preferred).
• Basic SQL knowledge (relational databases).
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time independently.
• High level of customer service and teamwork.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Maximo (maintenance/work order system)

• Excel (advanced data manipulation)
• Oracle Field Service (OFS)
• Azure DevOps (ADO) – used internally for bug tracking (nice to have)
• Microsoft SQL (basic querying)
