In this role, you will be at the vanguard of software innovation—as a creator, visionary, and strategist.

Requirements

- Spot strategic opportunities for a competitive edge and translate insights into groundbreaking software experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering recommendations grounded in robust findings.

- Skilfully employ low-to-high fidelity prototypes at various design stages, incorporating visual nuances.

- Organize and synthesize research data into coherent themes, constructing visually compelling frameworks.

- Conceptualize innovative product ideas and effectively present them to stakeholders.

- Craft elegant user flows and interfaces across platforms and devices, ensuring a harmonious global experience.

- Exhibit a versatile design aesthetic, specifically adept at crafting Android/iOS experiences.

- Develop precise design plans that outline the tasks and timeline required for project completion.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.

- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your prowess in visual design.

- 6+ years of visual design expertise, with agency experience as a favourable addition.

- Acquaintance with mobile design nuances, especially within Android and iOS platforms.

- Proven ability to seamlessly manage and execute multiple concurrent projects.

- Effective communication skills, capable of liaising with both local and international teams.

- An inquisitive spirit with a fervour for innovation.

- Proficiency in tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$200,000 + bonus + long term incentives benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
