Software Engineer Intern, MONDO

MONDO is an internal platform services team. We provide services for customer-facing services to consume, such as config flag management, test infrastructure, Opscon (an operations console), and legacy core components. Our tech stack includes AWS cloud technologies as well as Java, Python, Go, MySQL, Terraform, and more.

This is a remote internship at Smartsheet, based in the USA. You will report to a Smartsheet Manager for 12 weeks over the summer months. The rate of pay for this role is $35.00 hourly.

You Will: 

• Develop and enhance API endpoints and contracts.
• Develop and adopt reusable, robust Terraform modules.
• Ensure proper test coverage during the development cycle as well as contract testing.

You Have:

• Experience and enthusiasm for AWS cloud services.
• Passion for distributed systems at scale with high performance.
• Curiosity about many tech areas, not just in coding languages but the full technology stack.
• This internship requires US work authorization or Legal authorization to work in the United States.
