Salesperson Video Program Photo Producer - West Region - Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Job Description

Manage ongoing tasks for all stores and crews within the region to ensure seamless production and meet KPIs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hold teams capable by providing coaching and feedback to crew & talent
• Book crew and send holds and weekly call sheets
• Partner with SPMs to ensure weekly schedule filled to at least 95%
• Participate in castings in partnership with SPM as needed
• Maintain and order supplies for sets in region, including video equipment. Maintain equipment log for region to ensure replacements are tracked and ordered in a timely manner
• Coordinate gear repair and rental as needed to avoid stoppage in workflow due to faulty equipment
• Monitor throughput to set and meet KPIs and shadow underperforming talent to provide timely feedback
• Provide on-set technical support to crews across all regions during filming hours including submitting work tickets
• Communicate new workflows across the region with timely email communication and utilizing Microsoft Teams channels
• Maintain SharePoint resource site and update accordingly
• Screen resumes and interview flex candidates as needed with Regional Manager
• Schedule all new crew hires for training days
• Ensure all new hires in region are set up on Teams, Smartsheets, and all other program software
• Partner with store Asset Protection to generate Hirsch codes and any needed security trainings
• Coordinate onboarding for new-hires and track progress to ensure completion to meet deadlines
• Review videos for technical/filming/editing opportunities and provide feedback to editors
• Test new creative and tech workflows to enhance quality and create efficiencies
• Assist in filming of special products, including securing gear rental and studio space

Qualifications: 

• Self-motivated, highly organized, goal-oriented team player with commitment to outstanding customer service
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of retail, eCommerce or commercial photography and/or video production experience, including experience in scheduling resources appropriate to job requirements
• Comfortable operating in a constantly evolving environment characterized by fast and changing deadlines
• Experience in planning and executing high volume photo and video shoots
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure environment and still drive results
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team
• Proficiency in MS Office suite – must be skilled in Excel including programming formulas and creating/troubleshooting workbooks and documents
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Teams
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Video experience preferred and styling knowledge is beneficial
• Occasional travel within your region may be required
