As a Medical Marketing Analyst at Lynx Therapeutics, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our marketing strategies by analyzing market conditions, competitor data, and patient demographics. Your insights will contribute to optimal marketing initiatives that support our innovative healthcare product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand consumer needs and help inform marketing tactics that drive growth and enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the healthcare sector.
- Analyze competitive marketing strategies and performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and generate reports to communicate results to senior management.
- Work collaboratively with product managers to develop positioning strategies for products.
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging markets to stay ahead of trends.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends is a plus.
