No one likes to eat on dirty dishes, so as the utility/dishwasher you will play a vital role in the running of the restaurant by ensuring clean dishes are available and that the kitchen floor is swept and mopped. This position helps out in other areas if the kitchen as needed. If you understand the importance of a clean kitchen; have a strong work history with regular and timely attendance and can work a flexible schedule, this could be the job for you.
