We are seeking a Maintenance Support Admin to join our team. In this role, you will support the NASA Wallops Range Operations Contract (ROC) II Maintenance Manager by acquiring, analyzing and presenting routine maintenance data and information to stakeholders, managing associated documentation, and supporting the ROC Engineering Maintenace Team.
This position is located at NASA's Wallops Flight Facility near Wallops Island, VA.
What You'll Do:

Collect, analyze, format, and present routine asset and system maintenance data and information to the asset planners, engineers, and management teams.

Plan, organize, and conduct regular meetings with asset planners, technicians, and engineers. Present maintenance plans and data and solicit feedback and updates.

Ensure asset and system maintenance plans, tickets, and schedules are kept up to date.

Assist the Maintenance Planning Scheduler and Maximo database administrator to ensure all asset and system maintenance data and plans are updated.

Perform analysis and trending on various types of maintenance data and records, and present these findings to stakeholders and managers.

Other duties included but are not limited to: assisting and backing up the Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Planning Scheduler as needed, and performing other duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Data collection, entry, analysis and recording using commercial database platforms and access interfaces.

Generating charts and figures using standard statistical techniques.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and generating charts and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Basic understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance and physical systems engineering

Team collaboration and presentation skills, ability to breakdown complex data into information for engineers and project / program managers.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite

Experience with maintenance and sustainment activities for airfield and space launch range systems (radar, telemetry, meteorological systems, launch command systems, etc.)

Database administration experience
Education and Experience Required:
-
An associate's degree in engineering, computer or physical sciences, or three years' experience in data collection and entry, data analysis, and presentation.
