What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain critical applications: Work alongside a talented team of engineers to create and support vital software applications.
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug applications: Engage in the complete software development process, ensuring high-quality and reliable applications.
• Deliver cutting-edge cloud-based solutions: Utilize advanced technologies and enterprise-grade integration software to build innovative, cloud-based applications.
• Enhance user experiences: Apply your strong background in UI/UX design and development to create user-friendly and visually appealing applications.
• Manage the full development lifecycle: Oversee all phases of development from requirements analysis to design and implementation, using Agile methodologies.
• Write technical specifications: Create detailed technical documents based on conceptual design and business requirements.
• Identify and implement new technologies: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and incorporating new technologies into the development process.
• Lead and collaborate in software design meetings: Align user needs with technical requirements through effective communication and collaboration.
• Prototype, test, and debug programs: Work with end users to refine and perfect applications, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of UI/UX experience: Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions focused on UI/UX.
• Proficiency with UI/UX design tools: Strong skills in tools essential for UI/UX design.
• 7+ years of Java development: Extensive hands-on experience with Java, demonstrating a deep understanding of the language.
• Expertise in React.js: At least 5 years of experience in React.js, showcasing your ability to create dynamic and interactive web applications.
• Experience with React Native: At least 3 years of working with React Native for building mobile applications.
• Strong command of Node.js: Minimum of 3 years of experience with Node.js, highlighting your backend development skills.
• Extensive experience with APIs/JSON: 5+ years of working with APIs and JSON to enable smooth data exchange.
• Understanding of DevOps security principles: Knowledge of security practices essential for DevOps environments.
• Proven track record in backend integration: Experience with integrating large datasets and ensuring seamless backend operations.
• Unit testing expertise: Skilled in performing unit tests on Java scripts to ensure code quality.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM: Hands-on experience in Agile SCRUM development projects, enabling iterative and efficient development processes.
• Knowledge of change management processes: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP transports for effective change management.
• Ability to develop robust, maintainable code: Crafting high-quality code with clear documentation for future maintenance.

• AWS experience: Familiarity with AWS cloud services to enhance our cloud-based solutions.
