Your Role and Responsibilities
Location: Primarily remote with monthly travel to Kansas City, MO required
Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Federal government security clearance
Overview:
The SAP Production Planning (PP) – MRP and Material Planning Consultant will be responsible for integrating SAP S/4 HANA with demand planning tools to effectively manage material requirements, optimize inventory levels, and streamline production processes. This role focuses on aligning system capabilities with business needs to improve overall operational efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the S/4 HANA framework.
- Work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 8+ years of experience in SAP PP configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP Production Planning principles and practices.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Available to Promise (ATP) process.
- Proficient in Bills of Material (BOM) management with experience in component-level planning.
- S/4 HANA expertise; SAP certification preferred.
This is a primarily remote role; however, monthly travel to Kansas City, MO will be required for team meetings, project collaboration, or other in-person engagements.
This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance with the US Federal government
