Job Duties:

Rn for Primary Care Office, Duties include: triaging phone calls, triaging in clinic when needed, managing orders for medical supplies, home health, etc., medication administration, assisting as needed with other patient care/clinical duties

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8 hour days

Job Description

• Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.

• Provide telephone triage, patient flow, and coordination of patient care.

• Schedule emergent need patient appointments, identify learning needs for patients and families, provide advice and recommendations, medication administration and duties as assigned based on clinic need.

• Delegate tasks to clinical staff in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice.

• Serve as subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, interpretation, and documentation of patient care and testing.

• Enter orders as directed by provider.

• Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously.

• Provide excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.

• May cover Medical Assistant, LPN, or other office duties as needed.

Applicable Experience:

2 years

Registered Nurse (MO) Multi-State - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Associate Degree - Nursing
