Job Purpose:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Program Manager to join our client’s Digital/E-commerce team. This individual will lead complex digital programs that align with the company's strategic roadmap. This role requires more than just overseeing project managers or PMOs—it demands a hands-on leader with deep experience delivering enterprise-level programs. Working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile) environment, this role will operate alongside the Release Train Engineer to ensure digital initiatives are successfully executed and deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of large-scale digital programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to manage program dependencies and ensure cohesion.
• Facilitate strategic prioritization of digital initiatives in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee risk management, gap analysis, and resource planning.
• Support and enhance governance frameworks, status reporting, and future roadmap planning.
• Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to provide visibility into program status, deliverables, and challenges.
• Actively engage in SAFe ceremonies and work in tandem with Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
• Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps (VSTS), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive experience in project or program leadership.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing complex programs (not just projects).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a SAFe/Scaled Agile environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a retail or digital E-commerce setting.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, lead cross-functional teams, and solve problems under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience with staff at all levels, including senior executives.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (VSTS) for work item tracking and backlog management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
