Job Duties

The purpose of this position is to manage the planning, oversight, evaluation and training needs of the agencies Restorative Housing program. This position builds relationships with key facility staff and agency leaders in order to effectively manage the program in order to comply with applicable agency procedures and ACA standards.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Extensive working knowledge of corrections operations with an emphasis on restorative housing programs. Working knowledge of evidence-based practices. Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of the agency structure. Skilled in preparing and delivering written and verbal reports. Demonstrated competency at using Virginia CORIS, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Additional Considerations

Experience facilitating inmate programs. Knowledge and ability to develop and manage the strategic planning process to include collecting, analyzing and interpreting data related to performance measures. Advanced skill set for preparing publications, training materials, reports, graphs and presentations. Knowledge and ability in program design and evaluation. Skill and ability in coaching and training staff. Ability to manage priority and time for a wide range of projects often with competing demands.
