Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional

TITLE:                                 Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional

EMPLOYER:                               Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION:                                 Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES:                                      Design and develop custom financial technology solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Identify functionality gaps with new and existing applications while providing quick and efficient solutions. Follow best practices throughout entire SDLC to ensure all goals and timelines are met, while still producing modern, efficient, and scalable solutions. Handle certification, integration, and maintenance of all new and existing hardware terminal implementations, including working with third-party contractors to ensure all processor and brand standards are met. Work with a wide range of technologies and other team members to ensure data continuity between systems. Provide production level support and build automated tests for new features across the entire stack.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving development of payments technology experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving development of payments technology experience. Prior experience must include: 2 years of full-stack development including front and back-end services; 1 year implementing SDLC and process automation; 1 year working with AWS; Payment terminal certification and integration; End-to-end payment processing experience including gateway and processor level integrations; Working with object-oriented languages including C#, Java, Kotlin, and Visual Basic (VB); and Working with SQL Server, Postgres, and MSSQL.
