Job Description

Position Purpose

Planificar y coordinar la entrega, retiro y relocalización diaria de los activos de la compañía a través de la capacidad logística.

Controlar la gestión de la flota logística (contratada y spot) y su facturación haciendo uso de sistemas habilitados por la compañía

Major/Key Accountabilities

• Ejecución de entrega, retiros y relocalizaciones de activos hacia/desde nuestros clientes y centros de servicios
• Coordinación con transportistas de rutas logísticas.
• Coordinación con otras areas de la compañía para el uso optimo de la flota Logística (Dedicada y Spot)
• Facturación de Flota Spot y Flota Dedicada a través de sistemas y procedimientos habilitados por la compañía
• Optimización del uso de la Flota Logística (Dedicada y Spot)
• Controlar e Informar a Team Leader Logistics / Supply Chain Manager/ Supervisor de Transporte el uso de sistemas y softwares habilitados por la compañía para uso de conductores
• Implementar y usar sistemas y softwares definidos por la compañía para área Logística
• Reemplazo de Logistics Analyst en vacaciones / permisos

Qualifications

Estudios técnicos con mención en transporte, logística u operaciones. Ingeniería.

Experience

• Experiencia laboral de al menos 3 años.
• Experiencia laboral en empresas de transporte o logística

• Skills and Knowledge
• Comunicación para lograr uso óptimo de Flota Logística
• Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
• Autodisciplina y autonomía en las tareas diarias.
• Habilidades matemáticas básicas.
• Excel Intermedio
• Adopción de Nuevas Tecnologías/Sistemas

Key Factor: La posición trabaja en turnos rotativos. Disponibilidad para viajes eventuales

Deseable: Contar con movilización propia / Inglés intermedio
