OSP Engineers / Make Ready / Engineering Managers & Directors

We are growing the Engineering team and are actively hiring for the following positions:

• Directors of Engineering;
• Engineering Managers;
• OSP Design Engineers;
• Make Ready Engineers;

We hire individuals responsible for the designing, implementing, and maintenance of the outside plant network infrastructure. This includes planning and designing, conducting surveys of existing infrastructure, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, testing and troubleshooting network issues, and maintaining accurate network infrastructure and equipment records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, urban planning);
• Deep understanding of the work, processes, and industry trends;
• Understanding and application of standard engineering or scientific theories, concepts, principles, and techniques;
• Ability to develop and resolve solutions to routine technical problems;
• Ability to work on assigned projects and technical assignments without detailed instructions.
