Our brand is based on values of expertise, naturalness, dignity, and kindness to ourselves, others, and the planet.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities at snuggs:</strong></p><ul> <li>Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related matters including communication, performance reviews, conflict resolution, mentoring, and policy guidance across Czechia, Germany, and the UK</li> <li>Manage onboarding processes: prepare contracts, welcome packages, and system setup; ensure a smooth onboarding experience across all markets</li> <li>Maintain HR administration for part-time employees and contractors</li> <li>Administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) for all countries where snuggs employs people</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Czech labor law and advise on employment matters; support international employment and expansion efforts</li> <li>Update and manage HR systems (e.g., BambooHR), including performance review cycles, team retrospectives, and data accuracy</li> <li>Liaise with HR system vendors to ensure system efficiency and alignment with company needs</li> <li>Collaborate with payroll providers, lawyers and benefit administrators in various countries</li> <li>Partner with finance and legal on cross-border HR operations, compliance, and process alignment</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><p>We’re excited by people who share a deep commitment to sustainability and want to make a real difference for our planet.
