Maintenance Technician

Overview:

Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. More specifically:

• Make readies
• Turns and work orders
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Appliance repair
• Excellent customer service experience required

We are looking for candidates that are or have the following:

• General maintenance knowledge
• Depending on location, may be required to have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• General knowledge of safety rules and regulations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must have own tools
