Lead Accountant AP/AR Billing

As an AP Lead Accountant, you are a skilled collaborator and strong project member who will provide technical direction, leadership, and guidance to associates. You will analyze, review, and research complex account scenarios and act as a subject matter expert on business processes. Every day, you’ll be responsible for leveraging your business knowledge and established business relationships to provide end to end support to our accounts payable associates. To thrive in this role, you’re well versed in Accounts Payable and have experience leading and building teams and developing strong business partnerships.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $65,783-$105,253

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
