• Coordinate with production to understand the upcoming production schedule
• Understand the frequency of PM’s to ensure zero overdue PM’s
• Provides felt leadership on core values performance for the area, including ensuring regulatory compliance, and compliance with area/site safety rules and policies. 
• Responsible for coaching and holding team accountable for safety, behavior, performance, and quality 
• Work with operations team to drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as EHS performance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, yield, cost, and quality using visual management and Key Performance Indicators.
• Drive maintenance work management process continuous improvement.
• Develop and lead the area maintenance strategy as one organization.
• Provide leadership and daily prioritization for the team including execution of the planned schedule.

• Participate in and lead RCFA investigations  
• Evaluate training and staffing needs on an ongoing basis to ensure appropriate, qualified resourcing that meets business needs.
• Manage performance, coach, and develop direct reports and cultivates atmosphere of engagement and learning and development in the maintenance team.
• Plan for and oversee execution of asset repairs, modifications, installations, and improvements on time and within budget.
• Continue the transition of the team towards a much higher focus on predictive/preventive maintenance and digital connectivity.
• Proactively address the root cause of poor schedule compliance and build action plans for these areas.
• Leads the morning E&I & ME maintenance meeting
• Reviews all Work Orders for completeness
• Maintains equipment mini-files and updated information based on technician feedback.
• Act as a liaison between production and maintenance to improve turnaround time on planned jobs
• Actively support the MOC Process when making any type of subtle change with equipment/parts/material
• Participate in continuous improvement, administrative, technical, cost reduction, 5S and process improvement programs
• Supervising and directing construction projects from conception to completion
• Liaising and working cooperatively with construction workers, contractors and subcontractors

Required Skills

• Education:  Bachelor’s or associate degree. Journeyman Card holder in one respected field is required, Electrician, Millwright or Pipefitter.
• Experience:  15+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing operations. 10+ years’ Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. 10+ years’ experience with Process Safety Management. 10+ years’ experience with High Voltage, Instrumentation, Control Valves, PLC’s, Rigging, Rotating Equipment
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
• Language Skills:  Ability to read, analyze, write, and interpret common operational, mechanical, regulatory, and technical documents. Ability to effectively communicate and listen with diverse work group. Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.
