🩺 What You’ll Be Doing:

As an LVN on our team, you'll be a critical part of delivering exceptional resident care and smooth facility operations. You’ll:

✅ Lead and supervise nursing assistants during your shift
✅ Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
✅ Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
✅ Participate in admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
✅ Collaborate with other departments and the interdisciplinary team
✅ Monitor residents’ conditions and report significant changes
✅ Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
✅ Be a comforting presence to residents and families

✔️ What We’re Looking For:

• Current LVN license in good standing

• At least 1 year of LTC/SNF experience preferred

• Familiarity with PCC (PointClickCare) is a must

• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills

• Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in care
