Job Description

The salary range for this position is $125,000-140,000

Reporting to VP Social Content, you will create impact within our award-winning Creative Social team, Creative and Experience team, working with one of our partners — a global technology brand and a household name.

You'll be responsible for editorial leadership and influencer talent strategy and management on this important account.

We are looking for someone with knowledge across all social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and experience leading social media campaigns at international level.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead the strategy and delivery of the social media presence of our client, helping grow reach and engagement for their social channels.
• Creation and management of content calendars based on creator and influencer content, ensuring brand consistency and that our client's TOV shines through.
• Work with our internal Brand Planning and Creative teams and other agency partners, delivering international campaigns for this client.
• Review creator and influencer content, ensuring it follows our client's social media strategy.
• Remain up to date with the new trends on social media and translate this to several clients in a reactive and relevant way.
• Ensure best practices are followed on reporting and measurement to drive commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in social media and influencer management
• Somebody who is passionate about social media with an understanding of Platform business manager (i.e Facebook business manager, Twitter business, Snapchat for Business)
• Experience creating content for social media: static asset, short and long form video (Reels, TikTok and longer scripted pieces), GIPHY stickers, GIFs, memes.
• Experience briefing and managing content creators and influencers.
• Knowledge of paid media campaigns - working with media agencies, understanding media measurements and paid creative best practices.
• Somebody with experience building online communities, especially for brands, and that understands fandom communities in social spaces.
• Someone with experience delivering social campaigns at an international level.
• Immerse yourself in customers' expectations, preferences, and need to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Encourage brainstorming and open discussions to foster a creative environment.
