PAY:
2nd Shift - $20 p/h + 8% shift differential ($21.60 per hour including shift differential)

POLYWOOD® Seasonal Opportunities - 1st Shift 5a-2:30p ($18 p/h)| 2nd Shift 2:30p-11:30p ($20 p/h plus 8% premium)
What You’ll Do
As a member of the Powder Coating team within our Metal Fabrication Department, you’ll play a key role in adding the final finish to components that support our signature POLYWOOD® furniture. Your hands-on work ensures both durability and beauty, making a direct impact on the quality our customers trust.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Loading parts onto a conveyor line for powder coating
- Overseeing the 4-stage wash system that preps each component
- Monitoring parts as they pass through a Dry Off Oven, Primer Booth, I.R. Oven, Top Coat Booth, and Bake Oven
- Applying up to 14 different top coat colors as needed
- Unloading, inspecting, and packaging finished parts for delivery to downstream departments
- Maintaining a clean, efficient, and safety-focused work area
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or interest in powder coating or manufacturing
- A keen eye for quality and consistency in finish
- Ability to work efficiently with automated systems and conveyor lines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8–10 hour shift
