Job Description

The largest of Memorial Sloan Kettering’s clinical departments, the Department of Medicine encompasses experts in various specialties within the Divisions of Hematologic Malignancies, Solid Tumor, and Subspecialty Medicine. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to work support the T-cell Lymphoma Program. In this role, the Project Coordinator will support programmatic initiatives.

You Will:

· Provide direct support and lead all aspects of day-to-day administrative, research and project operations of the T-cell Lymphoma Program under the direction of the Program Manager and Program Director.

· Work closely with the Senior Project Manager on data related projects

· Manage project intakes and program workflows in collaboration with the program manager and senior project manager

· Implement or collaborate on projects that will involve interdepartmental and external collaborators as well as partnering with management and leadership on project strategy development and execution

· Analyze data and produces vital annual, monthly, and adhoc reports,

· Assist with planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring outcomes of special projects

· Coordinate with other departments, staff, and outside vendors to capture information/documentation.

· Provide administrative support by managing and coordinating meetings among key partners; supporting the core project team

 

You have:

· 4 years of job-related work experience

· At least 2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical operational setting

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Demonstrated analytical skills

· The ability to simultaneously balance multiple priorities and projects

· The ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines.

· A high degree of integrity

· Demonstrated project management skill

 

Pay Range $73,900.00-$114,400.00
