Compensation:

• Salary Range: $91,624 – $128,294 (commensurate with experience)

• Typical Starting Salary: Around $100,000 for candidates new to management

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Nursing Manager to lead our Medical Telemetry unit. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a high-acuity, progressive care telemetry unit

• Ensure compliance with clinical care standards and regulatory requirements

• Lead quality and patient satisfaction initiatives to improve outcomes and experience

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization effectively

• Mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with charge nurses, peer managers, and leadership to drive performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care leadership experience (Charge RN, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, or House Supervisor)

• Minimum 5 years of total RN experience

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri or compact license

• BLS certification required upon hire

• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred but not required)

Unit Information:

• Unit Size: 25 beds

• Team Structure: Includes RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and monitor techs

• Support System: Backed by a strong leadership team including charge nurses, peer managers, and the Director of Acute Care
