Cleerly is creating a new standard of care for heart disease through value-based, AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions with the goal of helping prevent heart attacks. Our technology goes beyond traditional measures of heart disease by enabling comprehensive quantification and characterization of atherosclerosis, or plaque buildup, in each of the heart arteries. Cleerly’s solutions are supported by more than a decade of performing some of the world’s largest clinical trials to identify important findings beyond symptoms that increase a person’s risk of heart attacks.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be helping to create the future of precision heart care by supporting mission-critical initiatives as part of a fully remote, cross-functional team.
As the Solutions Architect, you will require a cross-functional level of technical understanding and expertise across multiple technology platforms. This role will report into the technology organization: Chief Technology Officer.
Salary: $152,000- $283,000*
*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Cleerly’s products, platforms, web services, and image transfer.
- Work with client stakeholders to design Cleerly implementation and deployment solutions within their environment meeting client needs while following best practices.
- Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate and communicate implementation best practices on Cleerly technology.
- Acts as technical expert and consultant to develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned customers.
- Makes technical sales presentations & technical integration discussions for new customers.
- Serves as a trusted technology advisor to customers and serves as an internal resource on technical issues or specific business applications within an assigned market segment.
- Successfully builds relationships with the account team, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives and engages and leverages corporate resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate.
- Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding.
- Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Cleerly in relation to them.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Cleerly’s products and marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.
- Experience and track record of success tailoring software solutions to customers; includes proven skills identifying key stakeholders, winning value propositions, and compelling events.
- Strong background in all aspects of systems & environments integration including network engineering, hardware virtualization configuration (e.g. EC2, VMWare, etc.) and cloud platform architecture (e.g. AWS).
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with healthcare information systems technology (e.g. EMR, PACS, etc.)
- Working knowledge of medical imaging, DICOM & HL7 protocols.
- Software development experience with Python, TypeScript or another programming language.
