This position offers: 

• Starting pay of $23.44/hr. up to top pay of $33.49/hr.* 

• Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential 

*additional $2.50/hr. shift differential for off-shifts

What you drive at DTNA:                                                                   

• Understand Part Types, Part Numbers, and Process Customer PAR Returns
• Participate and facilitate quality error proofing
• Perform inventory moves, replenishments, and consolidations                                                                                                            
• Perform various types of cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform basic DVIEW analysis; (report running, query running, stock level inquiry, etc.)
• Participate in team driven facility efficiency & quality projects
• Participate in structured problem solving

Knowledge you should bring:

• Ability to be cross trained in all business functions (receiving, shipping, support)
• Candidates must have at least one year of progressive warehouse experience and an excellent attendance record.
• Must possess ability to problem solve and analyze data and information.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept responsibility a must.
• Candidates must also show a demonstrated record of superior productivity and quality.
• Dedication to learning lean concepts and applying them in the work environment.
