As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the premises. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.
• Observe and report any security-related concerns or suspicious activity discovered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related events encountered while on patrol.
• Support Allied Universal management and site leadership by following all post orders and contributing to a secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required and applicants must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
